Nayely wishes we lived in a world where laundry folded itself, but sadly we aren’t there yet! She is an advocate for professionals that are looking to make their next move into a different (or similar) job field. Nayely loves to build real connections with her candidates in order to help them find a perfect fit. Helping others find a good fit is why she does what she does. Being a recruiter is more than just filling job orders, it’s about understanding what people are looking for. Both companies and individuals!

In her free time, she can be found at her local CrossFit gym after work. She enjoys a good camping trip that includes swimming in lakes and hanging out with her puppy.
